You play a very important role in building up & maintaining a good image of Service Provider of GDS/ CRS solution to clients in Hospitality industry.
As a our company Customer Service Consultant, you must possess a professional & courteous manner and willingness to solve clients’ troubles/ inquiries all the time when they use our system
You are required to have good English skills to deal with Partners in Asia & USA for system support when necessary
Experience in front office/ reservations / revenue management and / or Tour Agents is required.
- Run monthly reports to send clients
- Proactively approach clients to advise/ assist in a new promotion program seasonally
- Frequently run report & control the system to ensure clients’ info displaying is correct
- Do system training to clients
